1. Subscription-Based Listing Packages

     1.1. Refund Eligibility

  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be processed for the current month only and will not apply to any prior months.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be processed for the entire year, provided the request is made within this period.

     1.2. Prorated Refunds

  • Refunds for annual subscriptions requested after the 30-day period will be prorated based on the remaining months of the subscription.

     1.3. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

2. Featured Ads

     2.1. Refund Eligibility

  • If you are not satisfied with your featured ad purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds will be processed based on the remaining duration of the ad placement.

     2.2. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Featured ads that have been live for more than 7 days are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

     3.1. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at sales@3.27.190.64 with your order details, including the purchase date and the reason for the refund request.

     3.2. Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions

     4.1. Breach of Terms

  • Refunds will not be issued if the service has been terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or if fraudulent activity is detected.

     4.2. Technical Issues

  • Refunds will not be provided for technical issues unless Visit2Australia is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
